Reagan is 2 Months Old!!!

Reagan is 2 months old already!!! She had her check up and is growing fast she is now 9.75 lbs and 22 inches. Keira's best friend, Lilah (who's mom is one of my best friends, too) has a baby sister, named Amelia, who is 6 days older than Reagan. Amelia weighed 2.5 lbs more and over 3 inches longer than Reagan at birth but now Reagan weighs 3 ounces less and a half inch shorter. So, she is definitely catching up for being a preemie. She is still on the oxygen at night, just in case she has a sleep apnea episode, not because of any breathing/lung problems. She has a sleep apnea monitor and gets a caffeine medication to stimulate her breathing while she sleeps. Hopefully, she'll be off of everything in a month or two. her follow-up sleep study showed that she improved from a rating of 25 to a 10 (normal for a full term baby is 2, but preemies usually need some time to get there!!).
Reagan is starting to smile and coo a lot and she is starting to get use to her active big brother and sister. Being on caffeine might actually allow her to level the playing field around the house because it gets her so wired that she screams for a couple of hours at night. So, Keira & Devin might have met their match with Reagan on caffeine!!!!
